What is your return policy?

FINAL SALE POLICY 

All items with letters and patches are handmade items and are FINAL SALE. These items are made especially for you once your order is placed. This includes ALL ITEMS FROM L*Squared Designs & Perfectly Patched. These items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

RETURNS

All items (eligible for store credit) must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Lace & Grace Couture is NOT responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

Non-customized items (Items that do not have letters or patches attached) are available to exchange for store credit only. When returning an item that is eligible for store credit contact customer service at info@laceandgracecouture.com. You must obtain an Order # for customer service, before you can return an item. All items must be delivered back to Lace & Grace Couture within 15 days of being delivered to you.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased using a discount code
  • Sale Items + Flash Sale + Grab Bag
  • Bodysuits 
  • Hosiery
  • Swimsuits
  • Custom Items
  • ALL items with letters or patches 
  • ALL L*Squared Design & Perfectly Patched Items
  • Any makeup, facial wipes, perfumes

DAMAGED ITEMSIf you receive a damaged/defective item, please call/text 352.316.2851 within 2 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGESLace & Grace Couture is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund or replacement. If you would like to file a claim regarding your package, please go through the postal service. There is nothing we can do if your package has left our warehouse. 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

After the item has been worn, it's yours for good! Lace & Grace Couture is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn. As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves, and you, our customer. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear.

MISSING/INCORRECT ORDERS:

We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, let us know by calling/texting 352.316.2851 with your order number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 2 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We will send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can ship you the correct item.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

We're sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount code is applied to the order total prior to completing the order.

How much is delivery?

Anything over $100 ships free!

Orders placed before 3pm EST are processed Monday - Friday. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you that your order has shipped. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. As we try our hardest to get you your products quickly, please understand that much is out of our control. As soon as we drop off with mail carrier, it is literally out of our hands, and we are unable to help in any way. You will need to contact carrier with any questions or concerns.


When will my order ship?
The first step in our packing and shipping process is printing your shipping label. Once the label is printed, we try very hard to process and mail your items within 1-3 days, but some items will be processed and shipped within 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS if standard shipping is selected. ALL L*Squared Designs and Perfectly Patched items have to be made so additional time is needed. During Holiday seasons, the processing and shipping times may vary too. Please reach out if you need products sooner or need a RUSH on production time, etc.


Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.


NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL DATES INDICATED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF ITEM.


*Please note that Lace & Grace Couture also does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.


*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Lace & Grace Couture cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.


What if I need my order sooner?
Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping to UPS 2nd Day for an additional fee.
*NOTE: All express orders placed on Friday after 12PM (EST), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.


How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com. 


Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
Once you receive our email stating that your order is processing, Lace & Grace Couture is unable to make any changes or modifications to an order, as we begin working on shipping your order immediately. However, if you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email, or have any questions, please email customer service at Lacyfillyaw@gmail.com. We ask that in your email you include your first and last name, your order number and what changes need to be made.


Is there local pickup available?

Absolutely! Please select Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup is by appointment only and you can choose date/time at check out.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship International.

Because many of our items are handmade by us which allows us to help save you some money.


How do I take care of my L*Squared Items?
We recommend hand washing most items. All L*Squared Items will have a "care card" that explains best practices.
